Boytram Dudi, a former soldier of Bherki of Jhunjhunu’s Gudhagadji area, has come into the limelight by making a unique record of taking pension continuously for 64 years. Baitram Dudi of Bherki has fought the Second World War and received four army medals for his bravery in the battle on March 6. Doody is 98 years old, but he remembers everything about the Second World War. He was born in Bherki in 1923 and joined the army at the age of 17 and a half.
His pasting took place in the army’s Raj Riff. During this, when the Second World War started, he was sent to Libya and Africa for war on 6 March. He showed unprecedented bravery in this fight. Even after the martyrdom of 80 percent of the soldiers of his battalion, he continued to fight. Retired from the army in 1957.
At that time, he used to get a pension of 19 rupees a month. After 64 years, it has increased to 35 thousand rupees. He is not only from the district, but also of the state and the country, he is the ex-serviceman who has taken pension for the longest time.

Boytram told that there is a big difference between today’s army soldiers and the earlier army soldiers. The earlier jawans used to get dry, wet, hot, cold whatever. He used to eat without any hesitation and even though he was not very educated, he had a lot of ability to fight. Today’s youth demand hot food. which is not correct.
He is the soldier. Who can do all kinds of food and drink in every situation. He also praises Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that earlier the weapons were very less, but the weapons that PM Modi has provided to the army. That’s a great initiative, but now he has to take the army into action.
Boytram Dudi is still healthy at the age of 98 and apart from doing his daily work himself, he fully cooperates in household chores, farm work and animal care. His relatives tell that Boytram eats very simple food. That’s why they are still healthy and help in household chores apart from their work. Let us tell you that after the Second World War, when he returned home with the medal, he met Mahatma Gandhi and the first Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.
