Indian Army BSc Nursing ( MNS ) 2020 – Exam Date Update & Everything: Through an official notice, 11 September, 2020 (Friday) has been decided as the exam date of MNS (Military Nursing Service), which was announced by the Directorate General of Medical Services.
Indian Army BSc Nursing 2020 admit card will be issued in the last week of August on the website joinindianarmy.nic.in. This entrance examination will be held in the computer-based mode for the following subjects: General English, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, and General Intelligence.
Earlier, the Indian Army BSc Nursing 2020 exam was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Registered aspirants can download the admit card for Indian Army BSc Nursing 2020 via entering their user ID, password, and subsequently, the captcha code.

It should be noted that only female aspirants can appear for this exam. There are six institutions in India that train aspirants for their 4-year B.Sc nursing course. They are located in Pune, Kolkata, Asvini, New Delhi, Lucknow, and Bangalore.
The Final selection will be based on combined merit of the written test, the candidate’s medical fitness, and the vacancies available in each college, and the results will be declared online.
Indian Army BSc Nursing (MNS) 2020 Eligibility Criteria
- Only female candid ates can apply for this course.
- Nationality: Indian
- They must have scored not less than 50% aggregate marks in their 10+2 or equivalent and must have studied as regular students.
- Female Aspirants should have a degree either from BSc (Nursing), Post Basic (PB) or MSc (Nursing) from the Indian Nursing Council affiliated institute.
- You need to be between 17 to 25 years of age to take admission in the Indian Army BSc Nursing 2020.
- The medical fitness of the candidate will be determined according to the standards implemented by the Armed Forces.
Indian Army BSc Nursing 2020 Selection Procedure
Indian Army BSc Nursing 2020 exam will be Objective Type Computer Based, which will include subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, General English, and General Awareness. Aspirants will be given 90 minutes to solve. Candidates who have passed the examination will be called for interview and after that clearance, a medical fitness test.

After successfully completing nursing training, candidates will be hired under Military Nursing Service, Permanent or Short Service Commission.
Note: Selected candidates will have to furnish proof of passing the qualifying examination with requisite subjects and marks before admissions.
The minimum height should not be less than 148 cm (relaxation by 5cm for candidates belonging to the Western Himalayan region, Eastern Himalayan region, and Scheduled Tribes).
About Indian Army BSc Nursing (MNS) 2020 Course -:
The term of this course constitutes 4 years. Only females can apply for it, and after passing the final year exam, they are commissioned in the Army.
The commission can be permanent/short service in military nursing services.
