Combined defence services exam is conducted by UPSC twice a year. Similar to NDA and the only difference is CDS is for graduates and NDA is for 10+2.The difference is in the age gap.Cadets aged between 19-25 opt for CDS
When you are selected through CDS, the Entry is into either of the Branches of armed forces like
- Indian military academy
- Officer’s training academy
- Indian naval academy
- Indian Airforce academy
The selection process is a 3 Step Process which includes Written Exam followed by SSB interview and finally Medicals.
