Pakistan has committed another attack against India, which India has strongly opposed. Actually, part of India Gilgit-Baltistan has been declared as an interim state by Pakistan. India has given a strong answer to Pakistan’s action. External Affairs Ministry spokesman Anurag Shrivastava said, “The Indian government rejects illegal occupation and alteration in the Indian territory of Pakistan.” Ladakh (including Gilgit Baltistan), Jammu and Kashmir are integral parts of India.
India on Sunday clarified Pakistan in strong words that no change will be accepted in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir. External Affairs Ministry spokesman Anurag Shrivastava said that no change in POK will be accepted. He said, Let me again clarify that PoK is an integral part of India, including the Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Along with this he said that such efforts claim illegal occupation of Pakistan. Such efforts cannot conceal the violation of human rights and deprivation of freedom for more than seven decades of the people living in these Pak occupied territories. He said- We call upon Pakistan to immediately evacuate all the areas under its illegal occupation.

Experts say that Pakistan has taken this decision after the debt and pressure of China. At the same time India has already protested. During the 73rd Independence Day celebrations held in Islamabad, Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has granted Gilgit-Baltistan the status of Interim State of Pakistan.
Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has announced that Gilgit-Baltistan will be given constitutional rights. He said, elections will be held here in November. Due to the election process, he cannot announce or discuss development packages for Gilgit-Baltistan right now. “We have taken this decision keeping in mind the UN Security Council resolutions,” said Imran.
