Russia President Vladimir Putin May Resign In 2021

Russian President Vladimir Putin may step down in early 2021. It is being told that Putin has been found to have symptoms of the disease named Parkinson. Analysts saw his recent footage and noted that the 69-year-old president is in pain. Their feet move continuously and the fingers also crackle. Moscow political scientist Professor Valeri Solovi told The Sun, “There is a family, on which they have great influence. He intends to make his handover plans public in January. ”

There is speculation that gymnast Alina Kabeva, Putin’s girlfriend and her two daughters Maria Vorotsova and Katerina Tikhonova are urging him to take care of his health. These speculations have come at a time when Russian lawmakers have introduced a law that would give former presidents a lifetime of immunity from criminal prosecution.

Currently, the president cannot be held liable for crimes as long as he remains in office. A parliamentary working group assessing Putin’s constitutional reforms has proposed to exempt this immunity from his post. Putin, who has been ruling as Prime Minister or President for two decades, was expected to remain in power until 2014.

Putin has recently proposed constitutional reforms that could keep him in power until 2036. About 78 percent of Russian voters supported constitutional reforms, including a ban on same-sex marriage.
