The golden opportunity for all the graduate students aspiring to be an Armed Force Officer is back again. UPSC (Union Public Service commission) has released the notification for CDS 1 2020 examination.
All the interested and eligible candidates can now apply for the examination, as the application has begun from 30th October 2019 and the last date of submitting UPSC CDS application is 19th November 2019.
The candidates can apply by visiting www.upsconline.nic.in.
UPSC conducts CDS examination twice a year to recruit officers in Indian Armed Forces i.e. Indian Army, Indian Navy and Indian Air Force. Every graduate student who wants to be an Armed Force officer can apply for the examination as the qualification eligibility has no percentage boundation.
This time UPSC has released a total of 418 vacancies for CDS. The seats are divided as follows:

The examination will be held on February 2020 and the students will be able to get their admit card till mid of January 2020. Successful candidates will further go for SSB interview and then for Medical test. Selection will be done on the basis of final merit list that will be made on the basis of written examination marks and SSB interview marks. Selected candidate will be able to get admission in the colleges mentioned above.
