According to a report released by the Ministry of Commerce on 08 November 2021, Gujarat continues to top the Logistics Performance Index. This index is an indicator of the efficiency of logistics services required to boost exports and economic growth. Gujarat still continues to top this list.
Let us tell you that Gujarat ranks first in the list of 21 states. It is followed by Haryana, Punjab, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra respectively. At the same time, Uttar Pradesh has now come from 13th place to 6th place.
The Leeds (Logistics Ease Across Different States) 2021 report, released by Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal on November 08, 2021, will help identify problem areas and formulate policy responses to tackle them.
