The Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) has been an external auditor of various international organizations including the World Health Organization and the Food and Agriculture Organization.
Girish Chandra Murmu, Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India has been elected as the External Auditor (External Auditor) of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Geneva for a three-year term.
GC Murmu will take charge of this prestigious position from the Supreme Audit Institution of Switzerland. He was elected during a virtual meeting of the 284th session of the IPU. These election results were expressed by IPU Secretary General Martin Chungong.
