Eligibility Criteria for NDA 2 2019

The NDA exam is conducted by UPSC. So, UPSC has defined set of eligibilities for the students to appear in NDA exam. Following is the eligibility criteria for the students to appear:

Educational Qualification –

For Army: Passed/ appearing 10+2 in any recognized Board in India.

For AirForce & Navy : Passed/ appearing 10+2 with Physics & Maths subject.

Citizenship –

• A candidate belongs to India, subject of Bhutan and subject of Nepal are eligible.
• Candidates those migrated from Tibet to India before 1st January, 1962 can also apply.
• A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India are also eligible to apply.

 NDA 2 2019 Age Limit

Candidates having date of birth from 2^nd January, 2001 to 1^st January 2004 are eligible for NDA 2 2019.

Note: The candidate should be unmarried else he is not eligible for “NDA 2 2019 exam“.

How to Apply:

To apply for NDA 2 2019, a candidate has to visit upsconline.nic.in. The NDA online application form filling will occur in two parts.

Note: Fill the application form correctly without any spelling mistake. Also enter Date of birth according to 10th class marks sheet.

Part 1 consists of 2 pages:

1. Personal information of the candidates.
2. Provide preference regarding Army, Navy and Air Force.

A registration ID will be generated after the completion of part 1 of the application form. The registration id is required to login to complete part 2 of the application form.

Note: Keep registration ID to download admit card before exam.

Part 2 consists of 3 pages:

1. Selection of Exam Centre.
2. Photo and Sign upload.
3. Fees payment (Rs. 100 – Paid through both offline and online modes).

Exam Pattern – NDA 2 2019

NDA 2019 will consist of 2 papers.

 Note:  SC/ST candidates and Sons of Serving / Ex-Junior Commissioned Officers/ Non-Commissioned Officers are not liable to pay the fees.

• Smartly plan your exam schedule. Allot proper time to all subjects.
• Study from the books published by good publishers like TDA Publications.
• Clear your basics for easy solution of tricky questions.
• Go through complete syllabus. Do not leave any topic.
• Solve previous years question papers.
