The budget session of Parliament will start from 29 January and will run till 8 April. This will happen in two stages. The first phase will start in January and will run till 15 February while the second phase will be from 8 March to 8 April. There will be a break from 16 February to 7 March. Last year, the winter session of Parliament was not held due to the increasing cases of Corona.

The entire process of printing the budget was like a festival for the Finance Ministry and a lot of secrecy was taken to print it. Every year, about 100 employees were completely closed in the office of the Finance Ministry for about 15 days and the budget was printed in the press of the Ministry itself.
