National Defence Academy (NDA) conducted by UPSC two times in a Year NDA 1 in the Month of April and NDA 2 in the month of November, every aspirants who dreamt to Join Indian Armed Force as an officer in Indian Army, Indian Navy, & Indian Air Force have to clear NDA examination.
Selection Procedure In National Defence Academy:-
Stage 1: Written Examination (OMR Based Objective type question)
Stage 2: SSB Interview (5 Days) Conducted by officers of Indian Armed Force.
Stage 3: Medical Examination as per the standard of Indian Armed Force.
Written examination consist of 2 Papers on the same day
- Mathematics
- General Awareness Test.
Mathematics consists of 120 Questions carries 300 marks & Negative marking of 1/3.
GAT consists of 150 Questions carries 600 marks & Negative marking of 1/3.
Every aspirant in his frame of mind that which NDA examination is easier NDA 1 or NDA 2?
In this blog we will tell you that NDA 1 or NDA 2 which is consider to be easier as per the view point of the candidate,
Actually NDA 2 exam is tougher than nda 1 exam .NDA 2 exam is conducted in September therefore the paper difficulty is high as the candidates who pass 12 class have at least 4 months for them to prepare and NDA 1 is easier because it’s conducted in April which is just after 12 boards exams .so UPSC sets easy paper so that all are at equal level. but cut-off is higher in NDA 1 exam as compared to NDA 2
NDA 1- u will see many 12th pass outs in SSB.
NDA 2- no of 12th appearing students is high. Mostly from Rashtriya military schools,Sainik schools as well RIMC.If we to have observed over the years is cutoff of nda 2 is less. Well its just a observation .may not be entirely correct!
Competition of NDA 2 will be high in various tasks as u will be with the boys who have trained and dreamt of this since 6 class.
