Work Schedule and Career Growth | |
The Indian Navy, however, has a more varied schedule, ranging from 8-12 hours, with promotions granted through time scale, selection, and competitive exams. | While in the Merchant Navy, a standard workday lasts 8- 9 hours, with promotions based on sea time and exams. |
