300 Taliban Terrorists Killed By Afghanistan

In Afghanistan, the conflict between the Taliban and the Afghan army is increasing continuously. The Taliban, who are spreading terror in Afghanistan with the help of Pakistan, have captured most of the country. With the withdrawal of the US army, the reins of the country are seen going into the hands of the Taliban. However, the counterattack of the Afghan army has created a civil war-like situation here. In the last 24 hours, the Afghan army has killed more than 300 Taliban.

According to the Ministry of Defense of Afghanistan, the army carried out operations in the last 24 hours in Nangarhar, Lagman, Ghazni, Paktika, Kandahar, Jabul, Herat, Jozzan, Samgan, Faryab, Sar-e Pol, Helmand, Nimruz, Kunduz, Baglan and Kapisa. In these operations, 303 Taliban have been killed while more than 125 have been injured.

An air strike was carried out in Sar-e Pol late on Wednesday, in which 34 Taliban fighters were killed. Weapons stockpiles and fighters’ hideouts have also been destroyed. In addition, ten Taliban militants have been killed in the airstrikes on the outskirts of Kalat, the capital of Jabul province.

A day earlier, Taliban fighters targeted the caretaker Defense Minister of Afghanistan, Bismillah Khan Mohammadi. However, the minister narrowly escaped the attack. His house was attacked, but the Defense Minister was not at home at that time. Four attackers were also killed in the encounter that lasted for about five hours. About 8 people died and more than 20 people were injured in the bomb attack.

Taliban spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid claimed responsibility for the attack in a statement. Since the announcement of the withdrawal of American troops, a civil war-like situation has arisen in Afghanistan. The Taliban is continuously committing violence to establish its hold. Pakistan is also supporting Taliban and giving refuge to Taliban fighters.
