NDA or National Defence Academy is an institution which aims at Making Future Class Officers for Indian Armed Forces.Since It Aims And Building Future Class Officers,It Works on All the Aspects of Building the Personality .NDA has state Of Art Infrastructure with Worlds Biggest Olympic Size Swimming Pool, Basketball , Football, Hockey, Volleyball, Squash and Tennis Courts.

Once a Cadet Enters into National Defence Academy he becomes Part Of a Squadron and Performs his duty well so that His Squadron Wins in Each and Every Aspect.The Cadets are trained in such a manner that They are acquainted to Daily Physical Activities in NDA however it becomes much easier for Candidates whose Physical Stamina Is Maintained compared to those who haven’t done any exercises before

Thus Before Joining NDA or If Your Target is NDA you should work on following Parameters:-

1.Work on Your Physical Health and Mental Health Collectively-Start Your day with Running,Jog followed by YOga and Meditation

2.Start Playing Team Games Like Hockey,Football,Basketball,Volley ball so that you start adjusting in a team and you learn basic team management skills

3.Work on Your Personal Communication skills so that communication is not a Problem

4.Develop a hobby so that in NDA you can join Different Clubs and Can be a Value Addition to Your Personality

Make it a habit to at least run 3-4 kms a day before joining NDA so that when you reach NDA your Stamina is built up to an extend
