Individual Obstacles in SSB Interview: SSB Interview is a 5 Day Procedure which involves :-
1.Screening
2.Psychological Test
3.GTO Test
4.Personal Interview

In this Blog we are going to Discuss about Individual Obstacles in SSB Interview GTO but before that Often Candidates get Confused and Take Individual Obstacles as Physical Test.Individual Obstacles is not Checking your Physical Stamina alone rather checking series of things.It is The Task which is done individually.On completion of Each Obstacle Candidate is rewarded few marks
In this task candidates are required to negotiate 10 obstacles in a time of 3 minutes. The obstacles are numbered serially 1-10 and the points which can be scored are equal to the serial number. In case a candidate negotiates all the obstacles and has time left, the candidate can then repeat any obstacle and score that many extra points, however to do it a third time the candidate will have to negotiate successfully all the 10 obstacle twice. The obstacles are not laid out in any particular order therefore candidates are free to negotiate obstacle in any order they feel like. The GTO shall show each obstacle and explain the method in which the obstacle is to be negotiated, no trial is allowed. GTO will signal with the help of a whistle the start and finish of 3 minutes. GTO Test is Designed to check both Muscle Power and Application of Brains.This Particular Test Individual Obstacles checks Muscle Power .
