Indian Army Orders Court Of Inquiry In Nagaland Firing Incident

The Indian Army is in action regarding the incident in Nagaland. The army has taken cognizance of the Nagaland incident. The Indian Army has constituted a Court of Inquiry.

Now the investigation of this case will be done by an officer of the rank of Major General. On the night of December 4, 13 civilians were killed in the firing in Nagaland.

The army had received the news of the presence of terrorists on the spot. When the army personnel asked to stop the vehicle, the villagers did not stop.

Nagaland Chief Minister Nephio Rio said that talks have been held with the minister. He is very serious about this matter. Compensation has been given to those killed in the incident. The injured have also been helped. AFSPA should be withdrawn because we are the biggest democracy in the world and it is a black spot.
