What Is PIB Inteview ?

The Preliminary Interview Board (PIB) is responsible for the selection of candidates whose applications are found correct after scrutiny. Candidates whose applications are found to be authentic are called for screening by the Preliminary Interview Board (PIB) at their respective Territorial Army (TA) Group Headquarters.

The entire selection process of Territorial Army is controlled and regulated by the Preliminary Interview Board (PIB) to shortlist the eligible candidates for the respective posts. Candidates who have successfully applied for the exam will be called for the Screening Test. The Screening Test consists of a written examination followed by an interview conducted by the Preliminary Interview Board (PIB).

All those candidates who have qualified the written test conducted by the Preliminary Interview Board (PIB) are required to appear for the PIB interview at the respective Territorial Army Group Headquarters as per the venues prescribed. Important details regarding PIB interview date and time are intimated to the candidates by the concerned Territorial Army Group Headquarters through their registered email id.
