Famous Veteran Actor Anupam Shyam Passes Away At 63

Famous artist of small and big screen Anupam Shyam has passed away on 08 August 2021. He was 63 years old. Many parts of his body had stopped working. Anupam Shyam Ojha was battling kidney disease since last year. Anupam Shyam was in ICU and was put on ventilator.

There is a wave of mourning in the television industry on the death of the veteran actor. Filmmaker Ashok Pandit also confirmed the news on internet media. He expressed his condolences on Twitter with an emotional message. Ashok Pandit wrote that it is sad to know about the demise of Anupam Shyam, a great actor and a great human being due to multiple organ failure. My deepest condolences to his family.

After his recovery, he was being regularly done dialysis. He was back at work this year i.e. 2021 when season 2 of the TV serial ‘Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya’ was launched.

The actor was known for portraying a number of popular characters in television and films. The actor is best known for playing the role of Thakur Sajjan Singh in Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya. He was also working in Pratigya 2.

Anupam Shyam was born on 20 September 1957 in Pratapgarh, UP. He completed his schooling from Pratapgarh and then studied theater from Bhartendu Natya Academy, Lucknow.

Anupam Shyam, a resident of Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh, started his career in the year 1993. He is an alumnus of Bhartendu Academy of Dramatic Arts, Lucknow.

Anupam Shyam has also acted in Bollywood films. He has been a part of Bollywood movies like ‘Dastak’, ‘Dil Se’, ‘Lagaan’, ‘Golmaal’ and ‘Munna Michael’.

Anupam Shyam worked in many films but he got recognition only from television. Anupam Shyam’s film journey started with an international film. He first worked in the film ‘Little Buddha’.

Apart from TV serials, Anupam Shyam also worked in Bollywood films. He played roles in films like Dastak, Hazara Chaurasi Ki Maa, Dushman, Satya, Dil Se, Zakhal, Sangharsh, Lagaan, Nayak, Shakti, Pap, Jigyasa, Raaz, Veldon, Abba, Wanted, Kajrare and Munna Michael.

Apart from this, Parzania had made a mark in the audience with his strong voice in films like Bandit Queen, Lagaan, Dil Se, Nayak: The Real Hero and Oscar-winning film Slumdog Millionaire. Anupam Shyam got mostly negative roles in films.
