On this occasion, Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, UP CM Yogi Adityanath (CM Yogi Adityanath) and Uttarakhand CM Trivendra Singh Rawat have saluted the courage of the Air Force.
Defense Minister Rajnath Singh tweeted from his Twitter account and wrote that I salute the extraordinary courage and hard work of the Indian Air Force. The success of Balakot has shown India’s strong will to take action against terrorism. We are proud of our armed forces which keep India safe and secure.

On the completion of two years of Balakot air strike, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath tweeted on Friday. CM Yogi said in a tweet that today, India is celebrating the second anniversary of ‘Balakot Air Strike’. The Guard of the Nation @IAF_MCC successfully carried out this operation against the terrorists on this day. He said that ‘Balakot Airstrike’ is a symbol of India’s commitment to the fight against terrorism.
At around 3.30 am on 26 February 2019, 12 Mirage 2000 fighter jets crossed the Line of Control (LoC) and demolished the Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terrorist camps in Balakot, Pakistan. Indian fighter aircraft bombed the sky at the sight of Jaish in Balakot, and not only destroyed the terrorist camp, but more than two hundred and fifty terrorists were killed in this attack. India’s action against Pakistan by the Uri and Balakot airstrikes proved that now every action of the terrorists will be given a befitting reply.
