National Defence Academy is one of the competitive exams conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) two times in a year NDA 1st Exam form comes in the month of January and its exam held in the month of April and NDA 2nd Exam form comes in the month of June and its exam comes in the month of September.
Eligibility Criteria:-
Candidate Age: – The age of the candidate must be from 15.5 Yrs to 16.5 Years for filling Application Form & 16.5 Yrs to 19.5 Yrs for Joining.
Candidate Height: – 152 Cm
Paper Pattern: – NDA Papers consist of two paper on same day 1st paper is of Maths only consisting of 120 Questions of 2.5 Marks each total maximum marks of Mathematics is of 300.
NDA 2nd paper is of (RAGA) Reasoning Ability & General Ability consisting of English, General Knowledge, General Science, Reasoning the maximum marks is of 600.
Total Marks of NDA is 900
There are three wings of Indian Armed Force
- Indian Army
- Navy
- Air Force
For Selection in Indian Army Student has to gain at-least minimum marks 280-320
For Selection in Indian Navy Student has to gain at-least minimum marks 400-450
For Selection in Indian Air Force Student has to gain minimum marks 500-550
SSB Interview:- After clearing written examination candidate has to pass SSB Interview which is a 5 days interview conducted by Indian Armed Force with 3 officers Interviewing officer, Psychological Officer, & GTO Officer, the SSB Interview is of 5 days long interview this is because in SSB officer’s check the (OLQ) Officer like Quality in the candidate.
For that Officer Like Quality there are 5 days which are divided according to their format.
DAY 1- Screening Test
DAY 2- Psychological Test
DAY 3- GTO Task
DAY 4- Personal Interview & Group Discussion
DAY 5- Conference Day or Result Day
