What Is a Commissioned Officer ?
Commissioned officers are the leaders of the armed forces who give command, train, recruit the non-commissioned officers and lower ranks.
Non-Commissioned & Commissioned Officer
Non commissioned are recruited through Army, AF, Navy recruitment centres starting with the rank of Sepoy and its equivalent in AF & Navy whereas Commissioned officers are selected through SSB starting with the rank of Lieutenant and its equivalent in AF & Navy.
