The conference of all the top commanders of the Indian Army will start in Delhi from Monday. This four-day meeting is one of the most important meetings after tensions with China. In this meeting, besides the Deputy Chief of Army Staff, all Army Commander, all the Principal Staff Officers, many other senior officers will be present.
Main strategies of Army will be discussed
In addition to the three Army Chiefs, CDS General Bipin Rawat, the Defense Minister will also address this Commanders Conference of the Army starting on the 26th. Let us tell you that in this conference to be held twice a year, all the main strategies of the army are made after long discussions. This conference is very important after the most severe tension with China for more than 5 months.
On the first day of the conference, issues related to soldiers in the army will be considered for the whole day. Meanwhile, about 50 thousand soldiers posted on the Line of Control will be discussed in detail. On 27th, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will address all the commanders.
At the same time, on 28th, issues raised by different army commanders will be discussed in detail. While the 29th day is very important when every aspect of infrastructure development on the border will be closely discussed and reviewed. On this day, the Director-General of the Border Road Organization will report about different projects going on the border.
Actually, the border road organization is engaged in building infrastructure on line of actual control very fast. The root cause of the current tension with China is the infrastructure development work done by India on LAC. From Ladakh to Arunachal Pradesh, India is constructing roads, bridges and tunnels under mountains. Atal Tunnel has been opened for traffic under Rohtang Pass on the way from Manali to Leh this month. On the way from Srinagar to Leh, under the district pass, another tunnel work of strategic importance has also started this month. Apart from this, many roads of strategic importance are either being built or their capacity is being enhanced in Ladakh.
