Four terrorists travelling in a truck were killed on Thursday morning during an ongoing encounter near Nagrota in J&K’s Jammu district, top police officials said.
“Four terrorists have been killed and a police constable is harmed in an experience at Ban Toll Plaza Jammu with Police, CRPF and Army. The territory is being cleared,” police said.
Addressing IANS, Director General of Police Dilbag Singh said a gathering of four JeM psychological militants had penetrated into India through the International Border in Samba on Wednesday night.
They were going in a truck on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway, which was caught by the police at a cost square close to Nagrota.

After they were captured the vigorously equipped fear based oppressors arranged explosives at the police party. During the firearm fight the truck burst into flames.
The zone was cordoned off and extra powers were hurried to the spot. This is the second such encounter on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway this year. According to the police, the terrorists belong to the Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed terror group.
