UPSC CDS 2 2020 Result Declared

CDS 2 2020 Result : Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the Result of Combined Defense Services Examination (II), 2020 on its official website. Candidates who have appeared in the UPSC CDS Exam (II) 2020 can check their results by going to the UPSC official website upsc.gov.in.
 
UPSC organized the CDS Exam (II) 2020 on November 8, 2020 at various centres spread across the country. This year a total of 6,727 candidates passed the examination.

As per the official notice –

“6727 candidates with the following roll numbers have qualified for an interview by the Service Selection Board of the Ministry of Defense, including
 
(i) Indian Military Academy, Dehradun 151st (DE) Course commencing in July, 2021
 
(ii) Indian Naval Academy , Ezhimala, Kerala, Course commencing in July, 2021
 
(iii) Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course (210F (P))commencing in July, 2021
 
(iv) Officers Training Academy, Chennai (Male) (NT) (UPSC) course commencing in October, 2021
 
(v) Officers Training Academy, Chennai, 28th SSC Female (Non-Technical) (UPSC) course October, 2021 etc.

How to check UPSC CDS II 2020 Result

  • Go to the official website upsc.gov.in.

  • Click on the link on the homepage where “Written results of Combined Defense Services Examination (II), 2020” is written.

  • UPSC CDS II Result 2020 will appear on the screen in a PDF format.

  • Download the result and take a print out for future use.

CDS 2 2020 Result : Next Steps For Students

Passed candidates will be called for SSB interview round. Passed candidates have to send the original documents by July 1, 202 in case of admission to Indian Military Academy and Naval Academy.
 
In case of admission to Air Force Academy candidates have to send their original documents by May 13, 2021.
and by October 1, 2021, in case of Officers Training Academy (OTA) SSC course only.
 
Candidates who have passed the written examination must register themselves on www.joinindianarmy.nic.in so that they can get the information related to the interview.
 
The mark sheet of the unsuccessful candidates will come 15 days after the release of the OTA final result (after the SSB interview is conducted). It can be seen for 30 days.
