Indian Armed forces starts the recruitment for the candidates at their very young age. Indian Armed forces might be the only job provider that recruits such young candidates. The basic reason is to train them well as they are going to do the most important job of all i.e. protecting the Nation.

Following are the different types of Graduate entries for commissioned posts of Indian Armed Forces:
1. CDSE: Combined Defence Service Examination for all graduates to get commissioned in any of the three forces i.e. Indian Army, Indian Navy and Indian Air Force.
