Air Force Conducts Air Force Common Admission Test For Recruitment into Following Branches whose course will commence in July 2023

1. Flying Branch
2. Ground Duty Technical
3. Ground Duty Non Technical
4. Meteorology Department
5. Flying Branch Through NCC Special Entry 

Important Dates

1. Form Start Date-1 June
2. Form End Date-30 June
3. Exam Date-27,28,29 Aug
4. Result Date-September Last Week

Flying Branch

1. Age should be 20-24 Yrs
2. Bachelors Degree in Any Stream with Phy and Maths at 10+2 Level
3. Height Required For Flying Branch is 161 cm for both Males and Females
4. Date of Birth is 2 July 1999-1 July 2003 both inclusive
5. For Flying The Commission Offered is SSC
6. 50% in 10+2 in Maths and Phy and 60% in Graduation

Ground Duty Technical Branch

1. Age should be 20-26 yrs
2. Graduation should be in B.Tech or B.E.
3. Date of Birth is  between 2July 1997-1 July 2003
4. Height  For Males is 157.5 cm and Females is 152 Cm
5. Type of Commission Offered is both SSC and PC
6. 50% in 10+2 in Maths and Phy and 60% in Graduation

Ground Duty Non Technical Branch

1. Age should be 20-26 yrs
2. Graduation can be Any Stream but 60% is Required
3. Date of Birth is between 2July 1997-1 July 2003
4. Height  For Males is 157.5 cm and Females is 152 Cm
5. Stream in Non Technical Include Accounts,Logistics and Administration
6. Type of Commission Offered is both SSC and PC

• 27,28,29 Aug

Age Eligibility For Various Streams

Flying Branch– For Flying Branch ,Age of Candidates should be 20 to 24 Years which means from 2 July 1999- 1 July 2003

Ground Duty(Technical and Non Technical Branches)- Age Should be 20-26 Years  which means 2 July 1997-1 July 2003

Training

Training will start on 1 July 2023 .Duration For Training of Flying and Ground Duty Branch is 74 Weeks

Duration For Training of Non Technical Branch is 52 Weeks.

*Aspirants need to have PAN and AADHAR in Training Centres

Form Filling Procedure

Step 1-Online Form can be Filled at afcat.cdac.in

Step 2-Form fees of 250/- Applied for all Entries Except Meteorology Entry

Step 3-Candidates below 25 yrs should be unmarried at the time of Form Filling

Step 4-At the Time OF Form Filling,Candidates should remember their Email id and Phone Number till whole Selection Process is Over

Step 5-Form opens on 1 June and Closes on 30 June 2022

Stage 1-Written Exam Conducted Online

Stage 2-SSB Interviews in Either of 5 Service Selection Boards

Stage 3-All India Merit Will be Generated

Written Exam-Computer Based Online Test

English-30 Questions

Numerical Ability-20 Questions

Military Aptitude and Reasoning-25 Questions

General Awareness-25 Questions.Paper will be Multiple Choice types

Every Right Answer will fetch you+3and Every Wrong will get you -1

Services Selction Board

Once The Candidates Clears Written Exam he or she will face SSB Interview in one of Following Centres

1 AFSB-Dehradun

2 AFSB-Mysore

3 AFSB-Gandhinagar

4 AFSB-Varanasi

5 AFSB-Guwahati

EKT—Engineers Knowledge Test-Candidates Applying for Post of Ground Duty Technical have to Compulsory five Engineers knowledge test
